At 17, Khalil Graham (XX/Loomis Chaffee '05, Univ. of Richmond) briefly lived alone on the streets of New York City. He slept on park benches, rode the subway at night and ate whatever he could find. Now 22, Graham was selected by University of Richmond faculty and staff as the featured student speaker at UR's Sunday baccalaureate, a celebration of motivation, faith, dance and music that preceded the school's graduation ceremony.
