About the Position

The Central Marketing Services group is currently seeking a Production Associate to produce and update marketing materials.  While the focus will initially be on routine product materials, the scope of the role should grow as more and more materials are automated. • Copy-edit and fact check product support collateral.
  • Help automate the production of standard marketing collateral by building and managing templates in Seismic.
  • Help identify operational issues and opportunities across the wider team and develop creative ways to rectify them, lobbying for change where required.
  • Support initiatives to help streamline/standardize marketing collateral across and within distribution channels.
  • Develop highly collaborative relationships with all areas of the organization to ensure delivery of timely, high quality materials that support business growth, investor retention and asset goals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time- and project-management skills; ability to keep oneself on track in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Analytical, proactive problem solver able not only to identify areas for improvement but also to address them
  • Keen attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • Focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word required (including creation of presentations and graphs)
  • Experience with Seismic, Workfront, Adobe InDesign, and Salesforce CRM desired
