Butler, Jr. is Managing Director of CitiBank and currently serves as the Co-Head of the Diversity Operating Committee for Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory, which focuses on talent recruitment, retainment, and enrichment. He serves as a founding member of the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board within Citi’s Institutional Client Group and leads Citi’s efforts in support of the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Minority Bank inclusion initiative. Associates Council

Cindy Sobel
Cindy Sobel is a partner at Bartlit Beck LLP. She focuses her practice on complex financial litigation—both for plaintiffs and defendants. Before practicing law, Cindy was an accountant and tax consultant for PwC in Chicago, where she worked in the international tax and transfer pricing groups. Cindy has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service as well. She served as an Executive Committee Member of Step Up, a nonprofit designed to empower young women in under-resourced communities to become confident, college-bound, and career focused. Cindy earned her BA from Washington University and her JD from Northwestern.

Farha Faisal
A second generation Bangladeshi-American, Farha Faisal’s commitment to promoting education and mentoring students began early. Farha set up a tutoring program in high school and, while attending Harvard, taught a weekly civics class to middle schoolers. After moving to NYC, she became the Junior Board Co-Chair of Advocates for Children, a nonprofit dedicated to protecting the right to learn in NYC. Farha is a Vice President at Lindsay Goldberg. Prior to that, she was on the investment team at Blackstone.
