Leadership Search
During ever-more tumultuous times in this country, Prep for Prep's mission of developing diverse, ethical, and effective leaders is critically important. After 25 years of distinguished service at Prep, the last 18 as Chief Executive, Aileen Hefferren announced last fall she will be stepping down in June. Prep's Board of Trustees led the search for Prep for Prep's next Chief Executive to steer the organization into its fifth decade.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ruth Jurgensen to serve as Prep for Prep's next Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2020.
