Travel Abroad

Our high school juniors can become global citizens with summer travel abroad opportunities to experience different cultures, learn new languages, and perform community service. The chaperoned programs are three to five weeks long and include a home stay with a host family.

These life-changing experiences are made possible by Prep's lead partner Student Diplomacy Corps. We also offer opportunities through partnering with Calder Classics and Amigos de las Americas.

Hana Teklu (XXXII/Horace Mann '16, Amherst)

My trip to Morocco through SDC inspired my interest in diversity, culture, and globalization. Now more than ever it is so incredibly pertinent that we engage with our global neighbors and learn as much as we can about the cultures and traditions of people who may not look like us or speak our language.
