Empowerment Director, Thomas S. Murphy Clubhouse - Madison Square Boys & Girls Club

Among the Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree from state-accredited university/college and a minimum of 2 years in a related field required
• CASAC or CASAC-T strongly preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with young people from diverse backgrounds, ages 6-18 as well as a range of other organizational personnel in a courteous and professional manner
• Demonstrated ability to empower youth with effective programming and leadership training in small group settings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Proven track record of engaging youth in a responsible and mature manner
