Leadership Retreats

Aspects of Leadership is the required leadership development curriculum for Prep for Prep high school students, which focuses on ethical and effective leadership. The three-part curriculum modules help our students understand the kind of leadership that will increasingly be needed in a pluralistic and diverse society premised on democratic principles. Students read defining texts on leadership, fiction and nonfiction works, examine case studies, and participate in role-play exercises. The final day of each module, "Day 4," features an entirely student-planned curriculum to present topics of discussion important to Prep students. 

The leadership training I received opened my eyes to the practical and ethical conflicts that leaders must face, and filled me with new motivation to take an active role in bettering my community.
