Information Collected by Prep for Prep
Information collected via this website will be used to process payments and/or update our student/alumni database. If you are a graduate of Prep for Prep, and wish to view, update, or make any corrections to your personal information in our database, you may do so by logging in to the community section of the website. 

Use of Information
Prep for Prep does not share personal information about our donors, students, or alumni with outside parties without permission. Under no circumstances does Prep ever share or sell the names or contact information of any donors or alumni to any organizations for solicitation purposes. Our community database is password protected and accessible only by Prep for Prep students, families, alumni, and staff. In the interest of measuring the effectiveness of the program, Prep for Prep collects demographic, educational, and professional information about our alumni. Aggregate data derived from such information is shared with a variety of constituencies.
 
This is a community site that is based primarily on member input. This site cannot guarantee the accuracy of information presented. However, anyone demonstrated to have engaged in fraudulent behavior may be subject to (but not limited to) loss of privileges as a member as well as face prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Online Gifts and Credit Card Transactions
Prep for Prep offers donors and alumni the opportunity to make online credit card gifts, as well as purchase tickets or merchandise through the site. Credit card information is not stored permanently, and is used only to process the transaction for which it is intended. The operators of this site would like to assure you that measures have been taken to make such transactions secure for its members.

This site utilizes industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) servers to encrypt your information and prevent unauthorized access. Shortly after a purchase or refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. You are advised to print out and save a copy of the order confirmation for verification necessary to request refunds or resolve any disputes.

This website guarantees that every transaction will be 100 percent safe. This means you are not responsible for unauthorized transactions posted to your credit card that occur as a result of submitting a credit card number to this site. This site uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) servers on our transaction pages. It encrypts all of your personal information including name, address, and credit card number to prevent unauthorized access as the information travels over the Internet.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, this site will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. This site will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from transactions made at this site while using the secure server.
