Prep for Prep Welcomes New Director of Alumni Affairs

Prep for Prep is pleased to welcome Dayna Joseph as the new Director of Alumni Affairs.
Dayna Joseph comes to Prep for Prep after four years as Alumnae Manager at The Spence School. During that time, she led hundreds of alumnae volunteers in developing diverse programming to engage and re-engage constituents from a variety of backgrounds. With her forward-thinking leadership, Spence alumnae maintained the highest Annual Fund participation among peer schools and raised over $1 million for two consecutive years.

Dayna is a native New Yorker with a deep appreciation for academic excellence and a passion for cultivating leadership opportunities for people of color. “Prep for Prep attracted me because it is a place where passionate, forward-thinking leadership thrives in support of a mission I wholeheartedly believe in,” said Dayna. “Time I have spent with Prep community members has made evident the solid bond Prep alumni have with each other and the organization, and I look forward to collaborating across contingents to grow and sustain Prep's alumni engagement.” Dayna is a graduate of The Spence School and Skidmore College, where she earned a degree in Art History and Arts Administration.
