Responsibilities

Role Purpose
The Video Streaming Coordinator will be responsible for the prepping, maintaining and QC of live streamed sporting events. 

Responsibilities
  • Incorporate quality control processes into workload – i.e. testing, smoke testing 
  • Ability to work with outside vendors and internal resources such as developers, designers, editorial and advertising operations in a cross functional capacity 
  • Have knowledge of web, online video and mobile standards 
  • Ability to self-start, self-manage, meet deadlines, and learn from mistakes 
  • Exhibit best practices with design and usability within web, mobile and e-mail mediums
Qualifications/Requirements 

Basic Qualifications
  • BS/BA in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working with technology frameworks such as Flash, Silverlight, HTML 5, and JavaScript 
Additional Qualifications
  • Comfortable with online CMS, Wikis and other task management systems 
  • Ability to adapt/adopt new technology and solutions easily 
  • Exhibit excellent organization and communication skills

Desired Characteristics 
  • Have prior experience with Video production and editorial practices 
  • Familiarity with Sports is a plus
